Junior OT/ICS Lab Engineer

📋 Description

• Hands-on role supporting the design, build, testing, and validation of OT lab environments
• Work with senior engineers to test Dragos detection/response and validate platform performance
• Set up and maintain lab infrastructure that simulates real OT operational scenarios
• Collaborate across teams to support threat research activities
• Assist in reproducing reported issues or edge cases in controlled labs
• Contribute to lab documentation and runbooks for onboarding and training

• Strong networking fundamentals and willingness to learn OT protocols
• Detail-oriented, methodical troubleshooting, able to follow technical docs
• Lab infrastructure reliability mindset; collaborative and ownership-focused
• Willingness to learn OT security concepts and pursue deeper expertise
• Hands-on experience with lab/test environments; familiarity with virtualization or containerization
