🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences; 4+ years lab experience.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Strong computer, scientific, organizational skills; learn new techniques; instrument qualification.
• Proven leadership; team development and retention.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; detail-oriented.
