🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as software engineer, 3+ senior level
• Frontend expert: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React
• Design system ownership and component API design
• AI-friendly component libraries experience or interest
• Responsive design, cross-browser, web performance
• Accessibility by default, WCAG 2.2 AA
