📋 Description

• Architect and design PCB layouts for Ajax devices with high reliability and scalability.
• Identify cost and performance optimizations through architectural shifts.
• Lead hardware projects from concept to mass production (10,000+ units/month).
• Collaborate with firmware and supply chain teams to optimize HW-SW interface and yield.
• Oversee bring-up, debugging, and testing protocols for design validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced circuit design with high-fidelity simulations.
• EDA mastery in Altium Designer (libraries and 3D modeling preferred).
• Design for Excellence (DfX) for LVD/EMC and mass manufacturing (DFM/DFT).
• Power management for battery and mains-powered devices (85–265 VAC).
• Full lifecycle ownership: BOM, Gerber, assembly docs; Git version control.
• Fluent English for technical docs and collaboration.
