Home Health Nurse - LPN/RN

📋 Description

• 1:1 private duty nursing in patients' homes
• Care for pediatric and adult patients in a relationship-based setting
• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Communicate with families and care teams

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
