📋 Description

• Partner with Project Managers and Operations Leaders to support the financial performance of a
• Responsible for project financial management, revenue recognition, billing, and collections.
• Forecasting and month-end close activities with exposure to leadership and process improvement.
• Manage project financial metrics: revenue, margin, backlog, unbilled accounts, deferred revenue
• Ensure proper revenue recognition, invoicing, and collections per contractual terms.
• Support onboarding, training, and development within Project Finance; contribute to continuous

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project accounting, finance, auditing, revenue analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret financial results and recommend
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems; Deltek Costpoint experience is preferred.
