• You build and maintain core infrastructure of SIXT's AI HR tech landscape
• Design databases, data models, and system foundations
• Implement access controls and security for data integrity
• Develop solutions using AI-assisted tools and Vibecoding
• Translate architecturals into scalable, reliable components
• Document implementations and contribute to engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on backend or infrastructure experience in enterprise software
• Strong database design, data modeling, system architecture
• Experience with access and permissions management
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor)
• Basic HR systems knowledge is a plus
• Detail-oriented, structured, with ownership mindset
