Job Description
📋 Description
- Provide leadership, coordination, and direct support in a residential setting
- Coordinate services: finances, activities, programs, supports, education, healthcare, nutrition
- Assist supervisor to maintain consistent programming and communication
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Implement and support behavior and person-centered plans
- Travel within a designated region to support programs
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Minimum of three years’ experience delivering behavioral health services
- Basic computer skills
- At least one year of lead staff experience in residential services or demonstrated leadership
- Experience supporting individuals with significant mental health symptoms
