📋 Description

• Senior Staff TPO for FinOps Data Platform and Engineering in ServiceNow’s FinOps data foundation
• Own product direction for data lake, ELT pipelines, and platform services (Trino, Coder, Lightdash
• Define production-ready criteria, SLAs, and roadmap sequencing across two teams; lead through
• Translate governance, compliance, and enterprise requirements into engineering work; drive data
• Partner with Data Engineering and Platform Services leadership to align roadmaps and improve
• Champion data governance, security, lineage, and audits within pipelines and platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in technical product ownership or related PM roles for data platforms; bachelor’s degree
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous requirements into sequenced engineering work and roadmaps.
• Fluent in data engineering concepts (ELT/ETL, data lake, governance) and platform engineering
• Strong stakeholder management, technical writing, and ability to influence without direct authority.
• English proficiency; strong product judgment and metrics-driven thinking.
