Manager, Factory Test & Validation

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end testing lifecycle for lab-scale cells, product cells, and battery modules
• Lead a team across Quality, Validation, and Reliability programs
• Scale lab validation lab infrastructure and test stands for high uptime
• Collaborate with Quality, Reliability, Manufacturing, and Test Infrastructure teams
• Establish SOPs and maintain data integrity and traceability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading technical teams in a hardware test, validation, or manufacturing lab
• Proven ability to stand up new hardware test infrastructure and SOPs
• Hands-on systems engineering to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/instrumentation issues
• Focus on lab uptime, throughput metrics, and data traceability
• Strong cross-functional communication between test ops, quality, and manufacturing
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related
