Senior Design Manager/Document Controller

📋 Description

• Lead design coordination and documentation across data center design disciplines.
• Manage design processes, ensure accurate documentation delivery, and support cross-functional teams.
• Oversee project delivery, design schedules, meetings, and all engineering deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field.
• 8+ years in document control; 5+ years in mission-critical projects; 3 years in design management.
• Experience with Procore, Aconex, AutoDesk Docs, SmartSheets, and other PM/document tools.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Preferred: engineering degree; mundial/global data center project experience; hyperscaler
