📋 Description

• Lead EU/US Platform engineering team across geographies.
• Own platform, workflows, and automation for scale.
• Drive platform evolution with tooling automation and standardization.
• Mentor and grow engineers transitioning from SRE/ops to platform engineering.
• Coordinate platform-wide changes across teams and time zones.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance in all work.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years engineering management experience.
• Proven leadership of platform/DevOps/SRE teams.
• Experience growing engineers from ops to product-focused platform work.
• Strong Kubernetes and AWS skills.
• Experience with GitOps, ArgoCD, Crossplane, Kyverno.
• Knowledge of AWS ecosystem and enterprise infra.
