Embedded WiFi Technical Lead

📋 Description

• Lead embedded WiFi development for Ajax devices
• Work across hardware and low-level software in a real-time system
• Collaborate with Firmware and QA teams on integration and testing
• Drive architectural decisions for wireless connectivity and streaming
• Mentor engineers and ensure robust WiFi subsystems
• Oversee prototype validation and OTA/DFU workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Embedded Linux experience (U-boot, ARM Toolchains, Kernel, RootFS, BusyBox) 3+ yrs
• Strong TCP/IP knowledge and video transport (RTP/RTSP)
• Experience diagnosing protocol stacks with tcpdump/Wireshark/iperf/netstat
• Proficiency in C, C++, SHELL-scripting; Git, make
• Device Tree and udev configuration
• Experience with RF tech basics and WiFi components
