🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent plus 1 year experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Crestron, and Dante.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; prioritization and safety focus.
