Head of IT

📋 Description

• Own IT strategy, roadmap, budget, vendor ecosystem, and tech operating model.
• Lead IT Support & Tooling & Automation teams; set technical and service standards.
• Manage internal SaaS platforms (CRM, marketing, finance, HR, support, collaboration, engineering).
• Design API-driven integrations, data workflows, internal services, and ChatOps tools.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding, identity provisioning, and self-service capabilities.
• Oversee internal AI tooling portfolio, procurement, governance, and lifecycle management.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT engineering, business systems engineering, internal platform engineering, or
• At least 3 years leading teams responsible for internal business systems, automation, or tech
• Hands-on engineering background; ability to read/review automation code (Python or similar).
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, integration frameworks, data sync.
• Experience managing SaaS environments (CRM, finance, HR, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian
