📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end SOX program in a complex tech env.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Eng, Ops, auditors.
- Drive continuous SOX improvement and controls maturation.
- Define scoping, narratives, risk matrices, control docs.
- Coordinate with external auditors on SOX matters.
- Report program status to executives and steering committees.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related field
- CPA/CISA/CIA required; CPA preferred
- 15+ years in progressive SOX/compliance roles
- Deep ITGC/ITAC expertise and testing methods
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder education
- COSO, PCAOB standards, US GAAP knowledge
