📋 Description
- Oversees direction, planning, and interpretation of clinical trials for development programs
- Participates in cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality clinical data
- Defines development plans aligning with regulatory and business goals
- Leads clinical strategy and plan development for molecular programs
- Mentors investigators, site personnel, and AbbVie staff
- Interfaces with external stakeholders and keeps up with regulatory expectations
🎯 Requirements
- Medical Doctor or equivalent with relevant specialty
- At least 2 years of clinical trial experience in pharma or academia
- Ability to run a moderate complexity clinical research program
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and global team leadership
- Knowledge of trial methodology and regulatory/compliance requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
