📋 Description
- Primary contact for investigative site and engage sites effectively
- Aligns, trains, and motivates site staff and PI on trial goals
- Conducts site evaluation, training, monitoring per protocol and SOPs
- Develops site engagement strategies using CRM tools
- Connects protocol and patient journey to trial execution
- Mentor junior CRAs and participate in initiatives
🎯 Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in health-related field preferred
- 1+ year clinical research monitoring experience (6 months in trials)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and planning skills
- Ability to leverage technology for site-centric support
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
