📋 Description

• Own customer outcomes within a strategic account.

• Balance deployment, adoption, and ongoing success end-to-end.
• Operate with CJIS, privacy, and evidence integrity guardrails.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or related fields.
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
• Proven builder of automations, agents, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience configuring products and delivering production-ready solutions.
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, and AI-enabled tech.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
