📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Security Governance Program across five control
• Architect controls for enterprise-AI and platform-AI tracks
• Deploy, configure, and mature security controls hands-on (AI detection, DSPM/AISPM, data-path
• Drive shift to AI-automated security workflows
• Close high-severity gaps in AI data protection and shadow AI
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and workflows
• 15+ years in security and software engineering with hands-on leadership
• Deep AI security expertise (LLM threats, prompt protection, AI governance)
• Strong cloud/SaaS architecture and ability to operate controls
• Experience with DSPM/AISPM, DLP, CASB, identity controls
• Ability to translate technical risk for executives, board, auditors
