Job Description
📋 Description
- Own design and landing of features that make Roblox more secure and accessible for all users.
- Collaborate cross-organizationally with Growth, Discovery and Roblox Safety teams.
- Help define goals and influence product direction.
- Influence early user experience and baseline security expectations.
- Instrument and analyze user interaction data (A/B tests, usage metrics).
- End-to-end implementation across the stack in Rust, C++, and Lua as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering/CS.
- Experience working on user-facing applications or services.
- Proficiency in Rust, C#, and Javascript.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product stakeholders.
- Strong commitment to safety, data integrity, and safety policy compliance.
