Associate Director, Commissioning and Start-Up Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead commissioning, qualification, and start-up across facilities and systems.
• Develop strategies and execute HAZOP studies for capital programs.
• Plan schedules, protocols, and turnover packages for readiness.
• Ensure GMP readiness and regulatory/quality compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, validation, manufacturing, QA, EHS, and contractors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Pharma/Life Sciences or related; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in pharma/biotech manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience in commissioning, qualification, start-up, validation, or readiness.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in a matrixed setup.
• Strong GMP experience and project leadership skills.
