📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day end-user support for Salesforce cases
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and flows
• Build reports and dashboards for business insights
• Support Salesforce AI capabilities and automation features
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to deliver solutions
• Participate in requirements, design, UAT, and post-deploy validation

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
• 3+ years administering or supporting Salesforce
• Declarative Salesforce config skills (objects, fields, layouts, validation, Flow)
• Understanding of Salesforce security concepts (users, roles, permissions)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with Excel and MS Office
