📋 Description

• Lead delivery across multiple client engagements and technology teams.
• Own day-to-day leadership of select technology accounts and client partnerships.
• Translate business objectives into scalable tech solutions with product, design and engineering
• Guide architecture, solution design and delivery decisions when needed.
• Manage delivery risk, escalations and complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Grow client relationships and expand Experient's impact within accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12-15+ years in technology consulting, software delivery, or digital product development.
• Consulting or professional services experience required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to build scale in teams and delivery practices.
• Proven ability to lead multiple tech teams and complex engagements independently.
• Strong technical foundation; able to review code and guide architecture.
