Senior Principal, Data Center Engineering

📋 Description

• Technical authority for mega-scale data center campus design and implementation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to establish standard configurations and system integration strategies.
• Drive campus master planning, high-density layouts, and engineering leadership across electrical
• Own due diligence for new site selection, assessing power/water, environmental constraints, and
• Collaborate with vendors and consultants to review submittals and ensure adherence to specs.
• Present technical strategies to senior leadership and hyperscale clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in engineering, with 8+ years in hyperscale data center design and integration.
• Proven track record leading multi-site data center projects; strong communication skills.
• Experience with global compliance, cloud provider architectures, and high-density facility design.
• PE or Professional Architectural license preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work across office and on-site environments.
