📋 Description

• Manage, structure and prioritize the product backlog for development readiness (Definition of
• Facilitate the team to focus on execution, reducing day-to-day interruptions.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, improvements and bug fixes in Jira with detailed
• Lead agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Refinement, Sprint Review and Retrospective.
• Translate business processes and rules into clear, executable functional requirements.
• Align deliveries with macro product guidelines and stakeholder expectations to ensure high value.

🎯 Requirements

• Hybrid work: available 3x per week on-site in Osasco, SP.
• Solid Product Owner experience in software development squads.
• Backlog management, prioritization and functional requirement definition.
• Proficient with Jira for stories, sprints, components and delivery tracking.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to translate complex business rules into clear functional requirements.
