📋 Description

• Oversee HR operations for Poland and end-to-end People matters.
• Implement local Poland initiatives aligned with global HR strategy.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and policies.
• Support leadership with coaching and guidance across functions.
• Collaborate on culture, values, engagement, and wellbeing.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and HR processes on-site.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Poland employment laws and regulations.
• Customer-centric, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, proactive, and ownership-minded.
• English and Polish fluent.
