Manufacturing Technician

📋 Description

• Perform technical tasks per work instructions in high-volume manufacturing
• Start up, operate, and shut down production equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment and tooling with maintenance/engineering teams
• Use calipers, micrometers and test equipment for calibration and inspection
• Read schematics, drawings, and parts lists to guide work
• Follow lock-out/tag-out and job hazard analyses for safety

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years hands-on manufacturing experience
• Preferred: associate degree or related tech program
• Read work instructions and mechanical/electrical/pneumatic schematics
• Experience with precision tools and basic metrology
• Proficient with computer use and MES/ERP systems
