📋 Description

• Maintain and service our facility; grow St. Louis client base as service expands.
• Diagnose leaks and perform repairs on pools and spas.
• Deliver on-site service with ownership and professionalism.
• Represent the business in customer interactions on-site.
• Complete thorough job reports for each visit.
• Assist in scaling the service operation as the customer base grows.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on pool and spa maintenance and leak detection; not entry-level.
• Strong knowledge of pool plumbing, filtration, and mechanical components.
• Diagnostic equipment experience: pressure testing, video inspection, acoustic detection.
• Capable with power tools; able to perform physical repairs in field conditions.
• Swim capability; lift up to 100 lbs; clean driving record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear reports and interactions.
