📋 Description

• Lead program-level cost management for large-scale data center construction programs.
• Responsible for cost planning, cost control, progress measurement, risk mitigation, costed
• Perform commercial negotiations and collaborate with Contracts Management during RFx processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or
• 5+ years as a Quantity Surveying subject matter expert.
• 5+ years in construction and strategic sourcing/procurement.
• 3+ years supporting hyperscaler or data center organizations.
• 3+ years of commercial contract negotiation experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
