• Architect and own Headway's cloud platform used by all engineers
• Make deploys boring, autoscaling trustworthy, and infrastructure self-serve
• Own compute, networking, and deployment platform at Staff level

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in platform, infrastructure, or SRE roles
• Deep AWS expertise: ECS, EKS, RDS, IAM
• Terraform or IaC for self-serve platforms
• Hands-on autoscaling and container orchestration (ECS/EKS)
• Strong track record making deploys safe and self-serve
• Staff-level influence across teams
