Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Finance Manager responsible for building in-house accounting functions in DATEV, end-to-end
• Automate recurring bookkeeping tasks with spend management integrations and API-based connectors.
• Own intercompany reconciliation and consolidation for IFRS as the company scales.
• Lead tool setup/integration (e.g., Payhawk with DATEV) and standardized procure-to-pay/workflows
• Deliver timely financial data, flag risks, and coordinate with external tax advisors.

🎯 Requirements

• In-house accounting experience: AR/AP, bank reconciliations, accruals/deferrals, monthly close.
• Experience migrating processes to in-house automated solutions; DATEV Rechnungswesen or similar.
• Automation-driven mindset; able to design workflows and reduce manual work.
• Strong intercompany and multi-entity experience; IFRS/FAS considerations as needed.
• German GAAP fluency; IFRS familiarity as the company scales.
• Independent work style with ownership and initiative.
