📋 Description

• Lead and maintain control and autonomy algorithms in VBAT codebase.
• Oversee full lifecycle development: algorithm development, software design, coding, tests, flight
• Coordinate with Hivemind, State Estimation, Simulation Development, Aerodynamics, and Embedded
• Manage cross-functional work sharing and integration efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 10+ years experience with a Bachelor's, or 7+ with a Master's, or 5+ with a PhD.
• Proven track record shipping products in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience growing and mentoring high-performance teams.
