Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 HVAC design engineers.
- Own end-to-end HVAC design for assigned projects.
- Review designs, calculations, drawings, and deliverables.
- Prepare DBRs and client-facing technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is implemented.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong HVAC Design and Engineering experience for building services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HVAC design projects independently.
- Experience leading and mentoring engineers and draftsmen.
- Solid understanding of HVAC design principles, calculations, drawings, and docs.
- Effective communication with clients and co-consultants; strong project coordination.
- Willingness to perform site visits and manage project timelines and quality.
