Job Description
📋 Description
- Role focuses on designing internal tools and workflows for CoreWeave's employees
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, IT, Security, Data, and business stakeholders
- Build experiences for workflow apps, dashboards, self-service portals, AI-assisted tools, and
- Move from user research to wireframes, prototypes, visual design, usability testing, and production
- Create reusable design patterns and contribute to a cohesive internal design system
- Partner with engineers to clarify designs, resolve edge cases, and ensure quality of delivery
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in product/UX design or related field with portfolio
- Experience designing for complex enterprise workflows and internal tools
- Strong practices in discovery, journey mapping, IA, prototyping, usability testing, iterative
- Able to simplify complex systems and data into intuitive experiences
- Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals; proficient in design tools like Figma
- Collaborative with PMs, engineers, and subject-matter experts in Agile environments
