- Own the visual and interaction design of core product surfaces; build in production React and
- Set UX quality across the product: interaction states, motion, hierarchy, information density
- Turn rough ideas into polished, high-fidelity experiences; prototype quickly to pressure-test
- Shape and steward design system and visual language as product grows
- Partner with engineering and marketing on direction, not just execution
- Use AI tooling and agents to design and ship faster
🎯 Requirements
- Strong portfolio of shipped product work showing design taste and craft
- Genuine UX and visual design ability from concept to high-fidelity execution
- Deep proficiency in Figma; dev-ready designs and shared component libraries
- Solid frontend engineering skills; production interfaces in React and TypeScript
- Fluency with AI-assisted design and development for AI-native interfaces
- Comfort with ambiguity and owning outcomes end to end
