📋 Description

• Build and maintain Go-based data pipelines powering growth analytics.
• Audit martech integrations and retire underperforming tooling.
• Architect and ship experimentation infrastructure for clean A/B tests.
• Ship full-stack growth features in Go/TypeScript from backend to frontend.
• Incorporate ML into production for personalization and modeling.
• Review designs and code to improve quality and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years across full-stack, data, and martech systems.
• Golang and TypeScript production experience.
• Experience designing analytics/data pipelines for production use.
• Hands-on ML systems development experience.
• Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development.
