Staff Full Stack Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Full-stack engineering leader on Conversational Interfaces within Platform Engineering
• Build and mature RESTful APIs and microservices on production-scale platforms
• Develop backend services in Java with relational databases and deploy on Kubernetes
• Integrate backend with frontend systems and create reusable UI component libraries
• Collaborate with UX, PM, and design to translate prototypes into scalable UI
• Mentor engineers across teams and elevate engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering building scalable apps
• Experience integrating AI into engineering processes or workflows
• Strong background in architecture standards at team/division level
• Experience in event-driven/stateless architectures, functional programming, ADTs
• Extensive backend development with Java, REST, JSON, SQL
• Experience in microservices on Kubernetes and scalable deployments
