Application Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Build, analyze, and monitor Power BI dashboards for data ingestion/validation
• Use SQL for data queries and data integrity checks
• Assist ANZ team from an App Support perspective
• Monitor emails and alerts for file processing, reconciliation, data checks
• Create SOPs for Finance & Payment Operations
• Perform data analysis using SQL and monitoring tools

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in Application Support with DB monitoring; payments experience a plus
• Strong written/verbal communication; solid domain/product understanding
• Experience with REST APIs
• Experience with Postman, SOAPUI, etc.
• Good T-SQL skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
