Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with Engineering to design, implement, and improve security controls across AlertMedia’s
• Strengthen security monitoring, detection, and incident response capabilities.
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and software development workflows.
• Support compliance efforts, including SOC 2 and ISO audits.
• Lead the technical portions of enterprise customer security reviews and architecture discussions.
• Develop deep knowledge of AlertMedia’s software and advise Sales and Legal on customer security

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in security engineering, information security, compliance, or a
• Hands-on experience securing AWS environments.
• Experience with AWS security services such as: Identity and Access Management, Virtual Private
• Knowledge of identity and access management, encryption standards, cloud infrastructure, and
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and software development workflows.
• Experience supporting SOC 2 and/or ISO audits; incident response programs experience is a plus.
