📋 Description

• Lead Solana workstreams from architecture to audit prep and post-launch hardening.
• Build secure production-grade programs and libraries.
• Own design decisions for storage, upgradability, and governance.

• Raise team standards; review Solana work and mentor others.

• 3+ years building on Solana in production
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-quarter workstreams
• Deep SVM fluency; knowledge of Solana constraints
• Anchor expertise; comfortable with runtime-level work
• Security-first mindset; experience auditing or hardening systems
• English communication for client-facing work
