Senior Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate the cloud platform for autonomous squads.
• Own and evolve production Kubernetes platform and core cloud primitives.
• Deliver self-service tooling and IaC patterns for provisioning workloads.
• Lead cross-team projects from problem to launch, reduce toil, improve reliability.
• Be the go-to engineer for incident response, runbook automation, platform change mgmt.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior experience in building and operating cloud platform capabilities in public clouds
• Production Kubernetes expertise and CNCF ecosystem knowledge.
• IaC and CI/CD discipline: Pulumi/Terraform/CloudFormation, GitOps, automated pipelines.
• Operational excellence: incident response, blameless postmortems, observability, automation to
• Systems knowledge: networking, identity, compute, storage, runtime services at scale.
• Technical leadership: design docs, multi-team initiatives, mentoring, code reviews.
