📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate features/services in a cloud-native platform.
• Deliver work end-to-end with limited guidance, iterating with defined tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers to align with team designs and platform standards.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and operability; write tests and instrumentation.
• Hands-on work on automation, tooling, and platform services used by other teams.
• Support junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into engineering work (AI-assisted coding/automation).
• 5+ years software development with degree; or 3+ years with Master's; or equivalent.
• Hands-on production software experience; Kubernetes deployment/operation.
• Experience with at least one major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and core compute/networking primitives.
• Track record delivering features as part of an engineering team.
• Working knowledge of containers, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows.

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay in range $128,900 - $219,100 (USD) plus equity where applicable.
