📋 Description

• Lead full lifecycle of UPW and wastewater facilities from design to startup and ongoing operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regs (EPA, NPDES) and safety standards.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and external EPC contractors to deliver facilities on aggressive
• Scale multi-site UPW/wastewater plants, potentially beyond Bastrop, TX geography.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM.
• 8+ years in wastewater design, construction, and operations for industrial facilities.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of UPW, wastewater treatment, and regulatory permitting processes.
