Principal UX Designer

📋 Description

• Lead design projects from concept to delivery, from early strategy through complex interaction
• Set a bar for craft and collaboration that other designers and writers seek out and learn from.
• Partner with and facilitate design reviews with product and engineering leadership, ensuring
• Regularly mentor junior designers, providing feedback on craft, process, and design best practices.
• Bring emerging design trends into Delinea’s product design, evaluating what’s worth adopting.
• Contribute to and evolve the Delinea Design System, championing consistent, scalable design.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, owning complex product areas
• Portfolio demonstrating design skill and leadership on complex, cross-functional problems.
• Deep expertise in interaction design and user experience principles; know when to go deep vs. move
• Strong leadership and project management; ability to drive designs across multiple teams.
• High proficiency with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools; experience with AI-assisted design
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present and defend design thinking to executives.
