Job Description
📋 Description
- End-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll for NA clients.
- Configure, validate, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare Functional Solution Designs, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
- Support data conversion, SIT, UAT, and payroll cutover activities.
- Provide remote client-facing knowledge transfer and post-go-live support.
🎯 Requirements
- 4–8 years Oracle HCM with Payroll expertise.
- Hands-on with at least 3 Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
- Experience end-to-end from Discovery to Hypercare.
- Cross-functional module experience: Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, GL.
- Strong client-facing communication for remote engagements.
- Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification a plus.
