• Collaborate with data science/ML to design experiments and apply personalization.
• Own planning for revenue-impacting projects with clear milestones and risk mgmt.
• Bring technical and product perspectives to enable rapid hypothesis testing.
• Set engineering quality standards for reliability, scalability, and operability.

• Experience leading software engineers and building monetization systems.
• Proven track record delivering multi-engineer projects in data-driven environments.
• Strong product instincts and communication across engineering, product, design, analytics.
• Experience working with data/experimentation/ML to inform priorities and impact.
• Ability to raise the bar on reliability, scalability, observability, and practices.
• Technical depth to guide architecture and mentor engineers.
