WiFi SW Engineer (Staff)

📋 Description

• Staff Software Engineer for embedded WiFi gateway platforms
• Work with Qualcomm networking SoCs and prplOS/prplMesh open-source stack
• Contribute across system services, network stacks, WiFi mesh features, App/Web GUI config
• Collaborate with hardware teams to validate radio performance and mesh stability
• Develop/validate 802.11 mesh platforms, and 1905.1 protocol stack interfaces
• Provide technical leadership across networking stack and UI/configuration

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years embedded Linux development (C/C++, Shell, Python, Lua)
• Familiar with Qualcomm/Broadcom/MediaTek QSDK, OpenWrt or Yocto
• Solid wireless networking knowledge: 802.11 variants, mesh, QoS
• Linux kernel/user-space interactions, networking basics (bridging, VLAN, TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6)
• Firewalling (iptables/nftables), NAT/DNS, routing protocols
• Experience with 802.11 platforms and prplOS/prplMesh
