Test Specialist (Composites)

📋 Description

• Develop and operate SpaceX’s test stands, equipment, and processes for composites testing.
• Collaborate with design, build, and reliability engineers to streamline manufacturing, assembly
• Supervise integration of test stands and equipment, including fabrication, mechanical assembly, and
• Operate test stands with strong attention to detail and adherence to process.
• Develop and refine manufacturing processes and technical instructions to ensure high processing
• Resolve non-conformances and implement improvements to increase reliability and test readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency; bachelor’s in engineering/STEM or 2+ years in
• 1+ years creating/managing manufacturing design, build, integration, or test.
• Preferred: 5+ years in designing/building/integrating/testing complex systems; hands-on with launch
• Documentation and configuration management experience; ability to write test plans and provide
• Experience with CAD software and basic analysis programs; capable of working in fast-paced
