- Lead investigations on performance/reliability issues affecting customers
- Build and maintain infrastructure, tools, and custom software for Starlink aviation hardware
- Apply data science to analyze data and improve customer experience and operations
- Develop tooling and processes to improve issue resolution and hardware troubleshooting
- Build data pipelines, metrics dashboards, and alerting for performance
- Drive cross-functional outcomes across engineering, production, supply chain, and customer
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, data analysis, or STEM
- 1+ years of experience with SQL
- 1+ years of data analysis experience in Python/R
